If you have certain food intolerances or have been asked to follow a specific dietary guideline Dr. Jada will organize a meal plan that will include shopping lists, nutritional breakdown and an easy prep guide that is easy to follow. 

The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. You will always know what your next meal will be and no-longer will you come home from work and not know what to eat
